Factor 1:- To hire mindfully so that they can identify employees who will excel by for example use pre-employment skill tests to pick the right fit candidate.
Factor 2:- Defining company culture will help employees, customers, and potential customers to recognize the brand and align values with aspiration and live by themselves.
Factor 3:- Getting employees involved means that high- involvement work practices are included where four principles such as power, information, knowledge and rewards are those that build employee engagement.
Factor 4:- To cultivate inspirational leadership, right people must be hired for the leadership positions and that is how good leaders are trained.
Factor 5:- Foster clear communication is bringing in candidates who knows to communicate and managers who can convey the communication and learn to break down processes into steps and define goals, listen and pay attention to progress of employees.
Employee engagement can be improved by encouraging employees to be involved and deeply care about their work and this will help to increase levels of motivation, trust, invest efforts that improves employee communication.

Emphasizing on employee experience on the best possible work for employees. Another trend is to be flexible on employees' mind that will have higher engagement when flexibility is given to do their best. Technology for employees is about using the right software or technology as a trend that would drive the community.
